Frequently asked questions
What does the score mean?
Invest and Trade are assessed differently. Invest uses a categorical case — Strong, Positive, Mixed, or Weak — from grounded company financials. That is not a numerical Investment Score.
Trade uses a setup score to rank shorter-term opportunities from the same shared scan. Higher setup scores mean stronger short-term alignment relative to other names in that scan — not a guarantee.
Discover ranking is a shared scan, not a personalised ranking.
How do I use TickerAI?
Start with your Investment Profile and add holdings or connect a portfolio so TickerAI has your goals, preferences, and investment context.
Use Discover to review longer-term Invest candidates and shorter-term Trade setups. Open Holdings Intelligence to understand positions you already own.
Proactive intelligence can arrive through Morning Brief and eligible alerts, depending on your plan and notification preferences.
How do alerts work?
Price alerts fire when a stock crosses the price rule you set (above or below a level).
Opportunity alerts can notify you when the scanner flags a qualifying setup for symbols you follow, or when you enable discovery notifications.
Delivery is plan- and preference-qualified. Email is available based on your activity and preferences; WhatsApp or SMS only if you select those channels, add a valid number, and your plan includes them. Investor includes quiet hours and Morning Brief by email (manage in Preferences). Not every detection or market move generates an alert.
Why didn’t I receive alerts?
Ensure you’ve created an alert and that notifications are allowed for your account.
Delivery depends on your plan, channel preferences, and whether a qualifying event occurred. Email may be used based on your activity and preferences; WhatsApp or SMS only if you selected those channels and added a valid number. You can review this anytime in Preferences. We do not guarantee that every event is delivered on every channel.
